Empty studio hours cost money. Ssesia lets artists book recording, mixing or rehearsal time from your public page, pay a deposit to hold the room and get reminders before the session.
Book studio time by the session
- Create services for recording blocks, mixing, mastering consultations or rehearsal, each with its own length and rate.
- Business hours and blocked times decide which slots artists can choose, including late sessions if you set late hours.
- Overlapping bookings are refused, so the same room time cannot be sold twice through checkout.
Deposits that hold the room
When deposits are on, the slot is held for a short time while the artist pays. If checkout is abandoned the hold expires and the time opens again. Payments go to your connected Stripe account.
Artist records
Each artist gets a client record with contact details, session history and notes, which helps when a project spans many sessions.
Reminders before the session
Automated confirmations and reminders roughly 24 hours and 2 hours before a session help artists show up on time. Text reminders respect opt outs.
Frequently asked questions
Can two artists book the same hour?
No. Ssesia checks for overlapping bookings and active holds before creating a checkout.
What happens if an artist abandons checkout?
The temporary hold expires and the time becomes available again.
Does Ssesia manage multiple rooms?
Not yet. Ssesia currently schedules one calendar per business.
