Deposits that protect long sessions
Large custom pieces block out hours of your day. With deposits turned on, Ssesia reserves the time while the client completes checkout and confirms the booking only after Stripe reports the payment. Deposit money is paid to your own connected Stripe account, not to Ssesia.
The remaining balance is shown on the booking so you know what to collect at the session.
Client history between sessions
Multi session pieces need context. Each client record keeps contact details, past bookings, notes and messages, so you can see where a sleeve left off before the next sitting.
Reminders for the day before
Ssesia can send booking confirmations and reminders roughly 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment by email, and by text where the client has opted in. Clients can reply STOP to opt out of texts.
